Everyone is very kind and friendly. Give great patient care and lots of fun activities for the residents.

The staff at Sierra Valley are very professional and attend to the needs of the residents in a very professional manner. The facility is well maintained both inside and out. I’ve noticed that the residents are always in a jovial mood. The managers seem to put the needs of the residents as a top priority. Very impressed as I stated before with the professionalism of everyone who is employed at Sierra Valley Rehab.

My mom used to work in the cafeteria many years ago. She is now 86 years old. If I ever need care for her we would pick Sierra Valley Rehab. Most staff are great. My experience with Sierra Valley Rehab Center in Porterville was honestly a very positive one. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, respectful, and genuinely caring. The nurses, CNAs, therapists, and other staff members made me feel comfortable and treated me with kindness throughout my time there. I especially appreciated the patience and encouragement from the rehabilitation staff, who took the time to help with my recovery and make sure I understood what I was doing. The facility was clean, and I felt like the staff really did care about the people they were taking care of. Overall, I would recommend Sierra Valley Rehab Center to anyone looking for a place where their loved one can receive rehabilitation and supportive care. Of course, every experience can be different, but mine was a good one, and I’m grateful for the people there who made a difficult time a little easier.
