I found out my dad had been moved here for a few days from his home. I made a road trip down there to say my final goodbyes. He was in a room all the way in the back with two other people that looked just like him and the room was the hottest room in the whole place. We had to ask staff to bring a portable air conditioner in there because my dad was extremely hot and I was fanning him the entire time I was there and putting cold rags on his head. He was a fall risk (told when I got there that he’s fallen) and he’s placed in a bed with no rails and he kept trying to get up and he had bruises all over his body from falling. Nobody ever really came in to check on him or any of the other patients in his room. This place is so confusing to me and what it offers because he’s not able to drink any water or eat on his own and yet he isn’t hooked up to any type of equipment or an iv or anything just left there to pretty much die. It was so sad and heartbreaking and a really hard way to see my dad in this condition with very little help. It’s like he just got moved from home to suffer alone in a hot room with no care.

Place is terrible, the cna and nurses are poor attitude and disrespectful to the patients and guest

Sierra Valley Rehab has been such a great facility for all of our family members and residents from senior living my communities. We can always count on them to help our loved ones recover and get to where they need to be! Thank you SVRC

My mom loved the staff and was able to recover well enough to come home. We are very thankful for the amazing care we received at Sierra Valley.

I’m wayne i stayed at valley rehab center I was very sick that took good care of me helped me recover and teacher me how to take care of my self I would tell anyone that if that need help with recovering from there illness pic them the staff is very helpful the nurses are very kind and care8ng Wayne rutledge

My grandparents went there and that loved it!

One of the best places to go recieve care for your family. My daughters grandparents were patients there and they loved the care and the staff. Family was happy with the care and all the love they received from the staff.

I was @ this facility for exactly 2 years.. 1 yr more than i had anticipated. I really have to commend all the staff . From administration, laundry, kitchen & all cnas & nursing staff .. I was a totally spoiled patient! Andrew Jensen, E’dena Muhammed, Christina & Leah, , the young twins & their mom the nurse…. & Because I’m such a food addict the kitchen staff was such a delight. Nathalie Wright, Beatrice & Tess ( I called auntie.) Fed all my cravings from fried chicken to the best BLT’S in town!! I rate this facility 5 stars, 10 if I could. .II apologize if I left anybody off the list!! Palmira… all of you made me feel like family. Thank you is hardly enough for what my heart & spirit feels. I am so blessed. Thank you God. for everyone at Sierra Valley rehab. Because of all of you I felt LOVED!

They took great care of my grandma and Andrew is awesome and they have a great cook named natalie.

My grandma stayed here for a little over a year. I visited her often. She loved the staff and created a great bond with them over time. She also absolutely LOVED the meals served daily. Thank you SVRC for treating my loved one with tlc 💞

This time I was there one year and 5 months and it was not a good experience at all new management took over and that was worse I wouldn’t suggest anybody goes there

This place is either understaffed or has too many patients to care for to give the patients the care they need .My dad was there for physical rehab to walk and I am beyond disappointed in the care they give their. During his stay he caught covid ,mrsa and scabies. He had to be taken to emergency room for kidney failure and dehydration. He told me he would ask for water and few days he went all day without water! He was vomiting for days and couldn’t eat … No Dr seen him !! they gave him milk of magnesia for the vomiting when he clearly had something medically wrong going on. Spoke to the nurses about it and my daughter called them multiple times to get it addressed.I came in one day to my dad laying in a shirt covered in vomit. Definitely do not recommend putting your loved ones here for care if they are dependent upon staff care. We took my father out of this place

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My grandfather is there with dementia and he is constantly being neglected. I have to be repeatedly asking the nurses to check up on him. He has also been taken to the hospital on several occasions as he has wounds that are not properly taken care of at the facility. Unfortunately, I have not found any other facilities that are taking long term patients or else we would have taken him out already! I would highly recommend looking for a different facility if you are wanting to take your loved ones.

My sister was there for a few weeks and while there she was treated extremely well. They took care of any of her needs.

They don’t do their walk arounds to check patients. They left my grandmother unattended for hours and she was trying to get their attention. This place lacks at doing their job. They are not there to help their patients they only worry about a check. I was there 2 nights ago and one of the ladies was mad and yelled out mentioning how “no one does their job around here”. The next night my grandmother gets sent to the hospital because they weren’t giving her her oxygen or attending her. This is peoples families life’s in your hands. YOU GUYS NEED TO TAKE YOUR JOB SERIOUS OR FIND A NEW CAREER. Pathetic place. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. One day out of that Rehab facility and my grandmother has gotten 100 percent more better than what she was doing there. Please listen to what I have to say if you care for your loved ones. Stay safe and prayers to everyone who has family members in facilities. God bless

My grandmother was placed here when she started declining. Staff treated her with respect and showed compassion. They always made sure she was comfortable and had everything she needed.
